– Installation of wooden roof trusses with sheet metal covering,
– Industrial floor,
– Road works, squares and parking lots,
– Installation works: electrical installations, water and sewage, central heating,
– Installation works: ventilation and air conditioning,
– Construction of external sanitary and stormwater networks,
– Stormwater sewage system with a pumping station,
– Construction of a tank for fire fighting purposes.
Commencement of works: Novemver 2022
Completion of works: May 2023
