Scope of works:
– Demolition works of the old building of the Monastic House,
– Construction of foundations,
– Masonry and reinforced concrete works, ceiling construction,
– Construction of the roof truss and sheathing,
– Installation of external joinery,
– Installation works: electrical installations, water and sewage, central heating,
– Installation works: ventilation and air conditioning,
– Low-current installations,
– Finishing works,
– Sanitary and storm sewage system with an underground tank,
– Road works, squares and parking lots,
– Development of the area around the building.

Commencement of works: May 2022

Completion of works: March 2024

Object volume: 17 113,93 m³

Usable floor area: 2 805,26 m²
